Which marketplaces does OneStock support? +

Takealot, Amazon, Makro Marketplace, Bob Shop, plus Shopify and WooCommerce for your own store. New channels get added when clients ask.

Do I need to give up my existing website? +

No. OneStock keeps working with the Shopify or WooCommerce site you already have. It just makes it agree with the rest of your business.

How is OneStock different from Stock2Shop? +

Stock2Shop is middleware that connects other people's ERPs (usually Sage) to other people's ecom platforms. OneStock is a Groworx product that runs on the Groworx ERP core (POSibolt) and reaches every channel from there. One team owns the whole stack, including the fix when something breaks.

What happens when a channel goes down? +

OneStock queues updates and retries. Your other channels keep selling. Nothing over-sells while a channel is unreachable.

How fast is real-time? +

Sub-minute for most channels. Marketplaces with slower APIs (some batch every 5 or 15 minutes on their side) are as fast as they let us go.
