If your business runs repairs, installs, maintenance or warranty work, that work usually lives on paper, in a WhatsApp group, in a job-card book, or in the head of the technician who has left for the day. Nobody knows which of last week's jobs was billed. Parts get used and not linked to a customer. Warranties get honoured on kit that was out of cover. How Volt works.

A customer calls, emails or walks in. The job gets logged with a number. If it is a field visit, the right technician gets it on their phone; if it is a workshop job, it lands on the bench queue. Parts are pulled from POSibolt stock. Warranties are checked against the sale record automatically. The job closes with photos and a signature, and the invoice comes out of the same system.
